In the spirit of keeping communications open for better management, the College of Graduate Studies administration led by Dean Emmanuel J. Songcuan and the Student Body Organization led by its President, Mr. Pedro Arongat held a dialogue last August 29, 2015.
The dialogue is a regular activity of the college for newly-elected SBO officers.
“We want a healthy relationship with our students so we hear their voices. We wanted a college that everyone can be proud of. That’s what we discussed because we are all party to the rise or fall of CGS. So it’s a must that we cooperate and collaborate in addressing issues and concerns as well as planning for the further development of the college,” said Songcuan.
Some of the concerns discussed are course requirements, school facility improvement, and participation of students in the extension and outreach projects in the adopted community.
“We have a good discussion. The SBO is very much motivated to buckle down to work after hearing the visions and plans of the CGS administration,” said Arongat.#
